Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager opportunity to work within an established business with a wealth of connections and contacts for you to hit the ground running. You will be selling recruitment services in to the construction industry utilising a well establisheddatabase of contacts including existing and lapsed clients as well as prospective contacts.
Your role will be to set up client meetings and secure business for the company where it will be passed on to high performing team to deliver the service and assist in managing the client relationship. The team are amazing at what they do and possess a fantasticteam spirit and culture who genuinely enjoy spending time working together and celebrating success together. You have the opportunity to join this team in a leading role which is a vital part of the companies ambitions to continue on their growth path.
- Sales, Business Development or Recruitment experience with a proven track record of winning business.
- Any sector experience is welcome as the team can support and train in building you knowledge of the construction sector.
- You will be a ‘go-getter’ type and comfortable calling prospective clients, arranging meetings and closing business.
Basic salary is flexible based upon experience circa £40,000 to £50,000 plus car or allowance and approx. £20,000 OTE plus all the usual other benefits.
