Production Administrator

**Production Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- To complete all training required to successfully carry out all tasks
- To maintain a positive attitude and actively engage and work well with others
- Have a good attendance and timekeeping record, and adhere to all site rules regarding break times and smoking policy
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Be a flexible and committed member of the Production team
- Transfer completed batches from the Scada system across to Business Central system.
- Ensure that Business Central Production is kept up to date and products are completed.
- To produce a weekly Production Report that indicates productions performance per shift against set target
- Comparing last years figure against the budget for the current year and the current year’s sales figure
- Stock intake for products to expire within a three week. Then produce a report and lease with the Sale Reps.
- Cross reference what stock Business Central has with what our other site has. Adjust Business Central as required.
- Sales Pricing -Look at the current feed selling prices and mailmurge the communication for customers and send them to the customers.
- To carry out other tasks as detailed by the Production Manager
- Cover Production Planning role when the Production Planner is absence.
- Taking HSE ownership of themselves, others & activities within their areas of responsibility and raising all HSE concerns they become aware of, outside their areas of responsibility, with relevant managers.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Ability to work as a strong team player
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- A good level of both written and verbal English
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Math’s and English at grade C or greater
- Previous administrative experience
