**The position - Aftersales Advisor (Covering Parts and Service)**
- To be the main point of contact for customers requiring servicing, parts or repair to their vehicles.
- Manage the flow of information between colleagues, workshop and the customer, whilst always delivering excellent customer service.
- Being responsible for the control of parts delivery and stock control at the branch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage all customer interactions on behalf of the dealership
- Identify service needs and requirements of the customer
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work required and agree time frames
- Manage the handover and administration of customer vehicles
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle, ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction
- Follow up in line with dealership procedures
- Understand and follow brand service requirements
- Maintain product knowledge on the full product range
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
- Accurately complete job cards and reports, including any descriptions of faults reported by the customer
- Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders
- Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the dealership computer system
- Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers
- Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable
- Establish customer needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate
- Manage and control all parts administration requirement
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with dealership procedures
- Maintain product knowledge on the full product range
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times

- Experience:

- Previous experience within a Customer Service delivery role
- Willing to attend manufacture training courses
- Competent in ICT, Maths & English
- Must have a minimum of 1 year service advisor experience
- Preferred experience with RTC & Kerridge /ADP Systems
- Has worked within a sourcing / supplying parts role. Willing to attend manufacture training. Competent at using ICT, Maths & English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
