**Do you want to change the lives of our young children, connecting them with the outdoor environment?**

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, qualified L3 or above Early Years forest school lead to develop our designated forest school garden. (If the Forest School is something that really interests you we can offer the opportunity to train as a Forest school practitioner for the right person)

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about helping children to achieve their full potential while having lots of fun in a happy and safe environment and who loves the outdoor classroom.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
to work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children’s interests

To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children’s needs e.g., modelling, observing

To ensure all environments are enabling

To have an excellent knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children

To have a passion for the outdoor learning environment

COVID-19 considerations:
Full Covid 19 risk assessments in place and all updated in line with current government guidance

**Salary**: From £9.95 - £10.20 per hour (age dependant)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 -30 per week

**Salary**: £12,935.00-£15,912.00 per year
