The Governors are seeking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is committed to working in partnership with the pupils, staff, and parents/carers and will continue to build upon the excellent progress the school has already made.

The successful candidate will:

  • have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years and Child Care is essential. Please see link for guidance EYFS staff:child ratios - DfE approved qualifications - GOV.UK )
  • have high expectation of self and others.
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • demonstrate a commitment to personal professional development.
  • have a knowledge of providing high quality learning opportunities.
