**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Administrator (6 Month FTC)**

**Location: Hybrid, Home working & a UK BCA Branch**

**Salary: £22,000 per annum + Benefits**

**Working Hours: 40 p/w, Monday - Friday**

**Job Status: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**Role Overview**

To provide first class resourcing administration support to the wider TA/resourcing team to allow for a professional, compliant and efficient new starter process. Strive to continually improve ways of working to drive effectiveness and improving TA/resourcing process capability.

**Role Responsibilities**
- The accurate and timely completion of collating new starter paperwork and right to work documentation, preparing appropriately for People Operations to process new starter contracts
- Checking right to work documentation is legally compliant and generating settled and pre-settled status documents via gov.uk
- Writing and sending out offer letter and Contract of employment
- Completing weekly compliance checks to ensure all paperwork is returned prior to employee starting at BCA
- Act as the first point of contact for any new starter queries
- Liaising closely with TA Specialists and TA Managers regarding new starter queries
- Managing the retention of employee documents and records according to GDPR regulations
- Supporting with the development of process and user guidance process documentation to ensure consistent ways of working, both within the TA/Resourcing team and wider business
- Compiling management information and reporting regarding new starters.
- Arranging induction meetings for new starters in the People Team
- As a member of the People Team, role model the BCA Values and Behaviours
- To be part of the wider people team projects as required
- Identify and support the implementation of any TA/Resourcing opportunities to improve business performance, based on ROI and quality.
- To ensure all people support activities and processes are legally compliant at all times to mitigate any business risks, particularly GDPR and right to work in the UK.
- To drive and maintain high quality data to enable high quality MI and Insight for stakeholders to improve overall business decision making and performance

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Customer led HR or recruitment administration experience
- HRIS user experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- High service focus and results driven
- Highly resilient, particularly when working with change
- Commercial, numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- “Digitally savvy”
- Team working ethic

**Desirable**
- To Work in a People/HR role
- HR Shared Service
- CIPD qualified (Level 3) or equivalent qualifications
