The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for hiring people who deliver essential public services in defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare, and citizen services.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the TA Team including CV sifting, telephone screening and interview scheduling
- Will be expected to perform basic office duties as demanded by the job role which includes working with a database / spreadsheet, responding to communications,, recording and despatching them in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service on all administrative guidance on transactional and recruitment related queries.
- Work with sensitive data in line with data protection legislation and support GDPR compliance; due to the important and sensitive data, must act with probity and integrity at all times
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy and patience using the customer first approach.

**What we offer**
- £22,500 per annum (pro-rata for 6 months)
