**Talent Acquisition Coordinator - VIVO**
**Home-based with UK Travel Expected**
**Full Time, 6 Months Fixed Term**
**Circa £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**
Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to sit within our VIVO team, assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process across our Defence Facilities Management and Housing Maintenance framework contracts.
Day-to-day you’ll be consulting with hiring managers on recruitment needs, advising on suitable attraction methods and ensuring roles are advertised in line with our talent brand. Diversity and Inclusion is important to us, so you’ll be an ambassador to all your stakeholders - ensuring that there is a diverse and inclusive selection process and challenging your managers appropriately.
**As part of this you’ll**:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate
- Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships
- Take a proactive approach to visiting key stakeholders at contract sites, becoming a visible point of contact
- Utilise systems and processes to ensure data integrity, enabling accurate data tracking and reporting
- Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives
**What you’ll need to do the role**:
- Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems
- Engineering/Hard FM knowledge is desirable
- UK driving licence is beneficial for contract site visits
