ABOUT OUR TEAMWe are a remote-first team that sits across Europe and North America. We come together once a month in-person for 3 days, always Monday-Wednesday. We also do two longer off-sites twice a year.
Our team is a combination of more research and more engineering oriented profiles, however everyone deeply cares about the quality of the systems we build and has a strong underlying knowledge of software development.
Everyone we bring on board has a clearly defined mission and this role plays a vital part in our journey - you will lead our talent acquisition efforts and play a key part in building the team that will win the AGI race.

YOUR MISSIONBeing intentional at building the world's best team – by leveraging different sources of talent to identify, attract and welcome every poolsider. You'll have a first row seat at building the most impressive Forward Deployed team in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the end-to-end hiring process for the Forward Deployed team, from developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
Represent poolside in external forums, professional communities, and industry events, serving as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local regulations and promote inclusivity, fairness, and best practices throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, including interviewers and hiring managers, as well as external partners and vendors.
Leverage data and analytics to drive informed hiring decisions, continuously optimizing recruitment strategies and identifying opportunities for process improvement to support company growth.
Experience hiring forward deployed talent and building those teams from scratch
Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically hiring for highly technical roles within product and engineering teams.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple geographies, with a solid understanding of local labor regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in diverse markets.
Strong analytical skills, with prior experience creating recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics, and using data to drive strategic decisions.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to operate effectively while working remotely the majority of the time.
Hands-on expertise with modern recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, among others.
Stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external partners.
Solutions-oriented mindset, with experience leading and optimizing recruitment projects or initiatives.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
