We are looking for a for an **Operations & Change Manager** a fixed term contract up 12 months to join our Finance Department reporting directly to the Head of Savings.

**About The Role**

Manage, develop, and control the operational outsourcing arrangements for RCI Bank’s deposit business. Execution of key duties that ensure RCI Bank’s customer services and product propositions meet their strategic objective.

Be a key member of a small and diverse team, supporting and working closely with RCI Bank’s Head of Savings and colleagues across Finance and the Mobilize Financial Services Group
- Manage and monitor relationship with outsourcer Newcastle Strategic Solutions (NSSL).
- Working closely and influencing relationships with key internal stakeholders (IS, Risk, Internal Control, AML, Finance, Compliance) and suppliers to maintain high standards of operation as the Deposit business grows.
- Monitor weekly and quarterly progress with NSSL by conducting ops and governance meetings to look back on past performance.
- Managing and reviewing change requests (CRs), KPIs and SLAs of external outsourcer (NSSL)
- Oversee web development on the NSSL platform to ensure the functionality of the website is maintained and is compliant (GDPR / DPA)
- Collaborate with the department’s Marketing function to drive product take-up and positive customer satisfaction and reviews.
- Prepare budget in line with invoice procedure to ensure this is tracked for review and can support the REP6 and REP10 processes
- Report all NSSL and Operational activities within monthly steering committee meeting to the CEO and CFO
- Liaise with HQ IS and Savings teams to maintain aligned operational standards
- Strong writing skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to work with large datasets

**Work Patterns**

Your basic hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and after successful induction and training you may be offered the opportunity for **flexible home-working
