Operations Administrator

Our award-winning company based in Maple Cross (Rickmansworth) is looking for highly accurate and confident communicators to join our team as New Business Funding Advisor

**The Role**

The New Business Funding Advisor will demonstrate excellent negotiation and telephone skills and will be the proactive point of contact between MFS and the Dealer Network, processing proposals from an approved to live Agreement
- Respond to all Dealer enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner
- Ensure documentation is checked accurately and in accordance with the company document checking procedure and Service Quality Commitments
- Process payment of correct documentation via in house systems
- Monitor receipt of original documents and follow up as necessary
- Call quality to be in line with expectations as set out and measured in call monitoring standards
- Ensure department Service Quality Commitments (SQC’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met whilst also maintaining high service levels and standards
- Work transversely across Operations and throughout the business supporting your colleagues in other areas.
- To comply with all relevant legislation at all times such as Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, Data Protection Act and the FLA code of practice
- Maintain knowledge of MFS products and services
- Protect the company at all times from fraud and financial exposure

The base salary for this role is **£25,000 per annum** plus up to **6% non-contractual bonus**.

At the start of your employment, you would be expected to work from the office for at least 12 weeks to work through our induction and training process, after which time and with agreement from your line-manager you may be offered the opportunity for **flexible hybrid home-working.**

**Hours of work for New Business Funding Dealer Ops**

Your basis hours of work are 37.5 hours per week in two shifts

Week1 Monday 8.30 -5pm with an hour for lunch.

Week 2 Monday -Friday 9.30am - 6pm with an hour for lunch

Then 1 in 3 Saturdays and 4 Sundays a year with 1 bank holiday

Weekend Days are working from home

In the event of your day off falling on a Bank Holiday you will be entitled to a day off in lieu. Any lieu days will be taken in line with business needs. The company reserve the right to change or amend your working hours to suit business needs.
