**Responsibilities**:
**As a Finance and Admin Assistant, your contributions will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly**:

- **Reception Duties: Welcome visitors professionally and handle calls with courtesy and efficiency.**:

- **General Administration: Take responsibility for daily office operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.**:

- **Invoicing and Credit Control: Manage invoicing processes and assist with credit control as needed.**:

- **Bookkeeping Assistance: Support the team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.**:

- **Internal Systems Management: Oversee and improve office systems to enhance productivity.**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience with SME Professional (essential).**:

- **Preferred experience with PAYPROP.**:

- **At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Lettings and Estate Agency.**:

- **Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills.**:

- **Strong IT capabilities and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.**:

- **Excellent communication and a proactive approach to solving challenges.**
