It’s a really exciting time to join us. We’ve recently launched our new corporate plan which sets out what we want to achieve over the next 5 years, with new strategies to support our ambitions. These build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.
We’ve also concluded a review of how we work in future, with options around home and office flexible working, as well as a generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
We are looking for an Administrator within our Repairs department on a temp basis for 2-3 months to support our repairs team with logging repairs calls, speaking with customers and updating our internal system
**Requirements**:
- Deal with queries around our repairs service from residents and other stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to repairs responsibilities, as well as timeframes and priorities.
- You’ll follow standard policies and procedures, whilst recognising in some instances we may need to make adjustments to deal with a particular resident’s situation.
- Ensure our systems are kept updated with accurate information.
- You will take ownership of service failures and complaints, dealing with these in an efficient and effective way.
- To provide cover for other team members as and when required.
- Support our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy, including our aspirations to be innovative in this area.
- To promote, develop and establish a positive safety culture across the business, to ensure we meet our legal requirements in terms of health, safety and compliance.

- Experience working in an administrative role
- Strong customer service and internal communication skills
