Balgores Motor Group who have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Administrator to join its friendly team at their Bury St Edmunds Branch.

For over 40 years, Balgores Motors has been the leading Accident Repair Group in the South East & East Anglia.

Driven by a passion to excel and the very highest levels of skills and service provision we have eleven manufacturer-approved bodyshop repair centres.

We are approved for vehicle repair by no less than 32 manufacturers, including

**Bentley - JLR - Mercedes - BMW - VAG - Lamborghini - McLaren - Tesla**

Manufacturer training is very much at the forefront of our business model, working with the latest in repair methods, equipment, and technology, with continuous investment in our people.

Hybrid and EV is now a prominent part of the mix of vehicles we repair, and we continue to invest in our team and equipment to ensure we continue to be a leader in this area.

Key responsibilities and skills required:

- Be responsible for co-ordinating the repair process of customer’s vehicles and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide excellent service to our customers
- To load job details onto our management system (full training will be provided)
- Maintaining the manufacturer audit files and industry standards
- To provide administrative support to the Branch Manager
- To complete general administration duties as and when required
- To maximise customer awareness of all available Bodyshop and Retailer Services
- To ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
- To maintain excellent standards of administration
- Be willing to undertake any necessary training
- Holding a valid driving licence would be an advantage

Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Working days and hours are Monday - Friday; 8.00am - 5.30pm
