As a **Contracts Administrator,** you will work within our ‘Pub Partners’ division, taking care of the administrational activities regarding the production and completion of tenancy, lease and franchise agreements. **Job Description**:
**Your role as Contracts Administrator**
- Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the production of agreement documentation including the co-ordination, production and completion of tenancy, lease and franchise agreements and associated documentation using Word templates, internal systems and tracking records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements are collated in the preparation of all agreement documentation
- Initiate and maintain the digital journey process for all new tenancies
- Regularly produce compliance and agreements reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of internal systems to ensure effective production of agreements and compliance
- Develop a sound understanding of the UK Pubs Code Regulations, processing Pubs Code related matters and maintaining procedural records

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong administrational and organisational skills with ability to work to deadlines
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leads by example and demonstrates great customer service
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- High level of IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience of CRM systems would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Previous legal/contracts administration experience would be an advantage but not essential
