Customer Experience Administrator Part-time Contract

We own and manage c.7,000 homes in the East of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.
It’s a really exciting time to join us. We’ve recently launched our new corporate plan which sets out what we want to achieve over the next 5 years, with new strategies to support our ambitions. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Administrator to support our Customer Experience Team as they roll out our new tenant Influence and Engagement service. It’s an exciting time in the service as we reshape the options we’re offering our tenants to shape the way we deliver our services. This is a varied role that will include involvement with a range of tenants, stakeholders and staff, as well as a broad range of engagement methods. You will have contact with teams across the business to support them in their engagement projects as well as gain experience in organising focus groups, meetings, project groups and community events.
This is a part-time for 22 hours per week (working split to be discussed, ideally including Fridays) Admin Assistant role for a 6 month contract

**About the role**
- As an admin assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our involved tenants and a to manage and record all new inquiries.
- Organising a range of meetings and events, and making sure all participants have access to the relevant information.
- Coordination of activities across services with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.
- Managing the team inbox and responding to all contacts, recording all contacts in our housing management system.
- Administration of customer journey maps and impact assessments, presenting the feedback in a user-friendly format to share with staff, committees and tenants.

- **An annual salary of £22,000 FTE Pro rata to £13,081 per annum**:
- We are committed to providing a healthy work-life balance for employees and their families, as such we operate full hybrid working conditions from home and our office in Bury St Edmunds
- Flexible working, this role will be 22 hours a week (split to be discussed) for 6 months.
- Annual Leave - 28 days per year pro rata, (plus bank holidays) increasing to 32 days when you reach your 3rd year with us. To give greater flexibility around your holidays you can also buy, sell or carry over up to 5 days of annual leave each year.
