As a Property Co-ordinator you'll undertake tasks related to the Property Repairs & Maintenance Process.

To provide investigative analysis on trends, behaviours and forecasting from Pulse with the aim to enable better decision making and support the overall Property strategy.

Qualifications

**Your role as Property Coordinator**

- Support the change in property and operational management of the repairs and maintenance process
- Management of the end-to-end repairs process including tracking to budget
- Be responsible for checking quotes and managing repairs for a geographical area from start to finish.
- Ownership of quote approval process, contractor escalation, cost confirmation and contractor audit, prioritising business requirements and working within budget.
- Customer First attitude and focus on improving service delivery
- Engaging directly with Front line operatives to ensure clarity and understanding of repairs.
- Supporting the Property Helpdesk with incoming calls and administrative duties. Including occasional weekend cover
