Apply for the Property & Repairs Coordinator role at Greene King. Role Overview As a Property Coordinator, you'll undertake tasks related to the Property Repairs & Maintenance Process. You will primarily update the repairs & maintenance system Pulse (MS365) and drive the centralised process for property repairs. Additionally, you will provide investigative analysis on trends, behaviours, and forecasting from Pulse to support better decision making and the overall Property strategy. Responsibilities Support the change in property and operational management of the repairs and maintenance process. Manage the end‑to‑end repairs process, including tracking to budget. Be responsible for checking quotes and managing repairs for a geographical area. Own the quote approval process, contractor escalation, cost confirmation, and contractor audit. Prioritise business requirements and work within budget. Maintain a Customer First attitude and focus on improving service delivery. Engage directly with front‑line operatives to ensure clarity of repairs. Support the Property Helpdesk with incoming calls and administrative duties, including occasional weekend cover. What You’ll Bring Analytical, inquisitive, and proactive problem‑solving skills. Outstanding work‑planning skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities. Competency with MS Office.
