**About Us**:
**Position Purpose**:
The Content Engagement Lead’s work is instrumental in making sure our content, products and services are visible to our target Primary Care audience (and other potential customers) by the use of effective advertising, social media, viral marketing, SEO, analytics, public relations, promotions, content marketing and sales.
Manage the content schedule to ensure it is relevant to our target audiences and that they keep coming back to FPM as their number one source for information, content and support that only FPM can provide so they can help grow the business and increase revenues and profits.
Experienced in website maintenance, online campaign management, community management and SEO.
**Key Job Activities**:
Responsible for the management, creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
Implement and manage a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with the Content Manager and General Manager in creating or evaluating FPM Group brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, tone of voice, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short and long term.
Co-ordinate/manage media campaigns in partnership with Content Manger, General Manager (FPM).
Review and develop the website(s) to ensure the FPM Group brand message is successfully communicated; maintaining websites to ensure they are continuously updated and improved and fixing any errors or bugs in online content for all FPM Group websites.
Responsible for design and presentation (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, blog, etc.)
Creating timely social media posts to support the development of online products and services in order to maximise income and the growth of FPM Group.
Implement, optimise and maintain web content for SEO strategies, using SEO tools, manual research (i.e., organic and not-paid-for external sources), analysis of Google Analytics.
Producing weekly and monthly reports on progress and achievements, recommendations.
Manage regular newsletters, bulletins and other customer-focused marketing publications, e.g. Flyers, brochures, leaflets, online advertising content, product marketing material in both paper and digital formats.
Creating, editing and posting images, graphics, videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites, including digital editing and enhancements. This includes, website and advertising banners, images for social media, infographics, online video creation, video editing and others.
**Education**:
Required Education: Bachelor's or equivalent in Marketing (or similar related field).
**Experience (EMEAA)**:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Previous online marketing or content management experience using an array of different tools and techniques.
Expression Engine / Umbraco / CMS experience or a variety of website content management systems.
Experienced in the use of Google Analytics, SEOmoz, and a strong SEO experience with proven positive results.
Experienced in the use of Google Adwords, keyword research, planning and delivery of PPC campaigns and maintaining PPC advertising budgets.
Experienced in the use of social media marketing and associated software (e.g. Hootsuite).
Experience of working with a Content Management System, able to hand-edit source code
Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in producing creative content in a variety of formats - online, blogs, video editing software, infographics.
Experience of Online Forums and community website maintenance.
