We are looking for a CRM Engagement Lead to join the Marketing team. As CRM Engagement Lead, you will be focused on ensuring that every communication engages our members. This maybe through simple newsletters, using email, content delivered via our App or pushing the limits of what we can do using Ai to send relevant content to members, to support our gym refurbishment programs, new kit and support on how to use our kit. This is a Hybrid working role. This will be based in our Leeds office 3 days a week.
Responsible for opt-in (new, re-opt in, and opt-out) performance
Develop PT and Class communication journeys, using best in class propensity models to convert key audiences
Execute extensive testing in all areas, trialling specific strategies
Work with our App and Content teams to find new and innovative ways to engage with our members and work with our ex-member team to re-engage previous members with the brand ahead of the winback team contacting them with offers
Work closely with the property, commercial, commercial finance, member services, PT & proposition and Marketing teams
Some travel to London, and occasionally international will be required
Experience working with digital first, subscription brands, either agency or client side
Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Confident in translating complex results and analysis into easily digestible reports for stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met
An expert in CRM and Engagement, with a drive to be the 'customers voice'
You'll be an expert in utilizing first party data
