**Background**
The Professional Squash Association (**PSA**) is the governing body responsible for the administration of both men's and women's professional squash around the world. With close to 1,400 registered players and more than 200 tournaments taking place around the globe every year, the PSA World Tour and PSA Challenger Tour showcase the sport of squash at its highest level in some of the most unique and stunning locations worldwide.
To accelerate the growth of the professional game, the PSA has set up a subsidiary, Squash Media & Marketing (**SMM**), which is responsible for all commercial, marketing and media-related matters in relation to the PSA World Tour and PSA Challenger Tour.
SMM is currently going through an ambitious growth phase, following a recent investment from American sports entrepreneur Mark Walter, and driving engagement with fans is a key value driver in its business strategy.
As a result, SMM is looking for a passionate individual to lead on those efforts.
**Job Purpose**:
To drive fan engagement by managing the CRM system, newsletter creation and schedule, data management and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of the CRM and Fan Engagement Executive include:
- Manage the database of fans and athletes to send newsletters and other relevant communication at appropriate times.
- Work with the Head of Digital to ensure the health, accuracy and robustness of the PSA’s database.
- Create newsletter schedule and build and send out newsletters to the PSA’s database for various initiatives like SQUASHTV, events, sales and partner communications.
- Work with the Head of Digital to build a deep understanding of the PSA’s database and create relevant segments to drive higher engagement and retention.
- Responsible for creating, managing and executing promotion, life-cycle journeys and loyalty programmes.
- Work with the wider team to run data collection initiatives on different platforms and at events.
- Work with the CRM system partner to improve the system, add features and create unified view of the PSA squash fan.
- Proactively stay updated with and communicate the latest innovations in the CRM and newsletter space to the Digital Manager and wider business.
- Assist with customer service on SQUASHTV as one of the key contacts.
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience working on CRM initiatives, newsletter campaigns and database management.
- An eye for creative and basic copywriting skills.
- Comfortable working with data to find actionable insights and converting these into execution.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities, finding solutions and making things happen.
- Demonstrable experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Desirable: an interest in sports or squash.
- Desirable: prior experience working with DotDigital and Sport Alliance.

**Concluding**
The role will be based out of the PSA head office in The Calls area of Leeds City Centre. Occasional travel may be required for meetings both within the UK and internationally.
