As CRM Engagement Lead, you will be focused on ensuring that every communication engages our members. This may be through simple newsletters, using email, content delivered via our App or pushing the limits of what we can do using Ai to send relevant content to members, to support our gym refurbishment programs, new kit and support on how to use our kit. This role will work across 4 markets, UK, US, DK (Denmark) and CH (Switzerland).This is a Hybrid working role. This will be based in our Leeds office 3 days a week.Key duties will include:Responsible for opt-in (new, re-opt in, and opt-out) performanceImplement propensity model, including ML and Ai segmentation techniques to optimise engagement campaignsDevelop automated campaigns to support out of hours across all marketsWork with the Group market leads and ops teams to support in market initiativesDevelop PT and Class communication journeys, using best in class propensity models to convert key audiencesExecute extensive testing in all areas, trialling specific strategiesWork with our App and Content teams to find new and innovative ways to engage with our members and work with our ex-member team to re-engage previous members with the brand ahead of the winback team contacting them with offersDevelop and manage ongoing test & learn strategies to drive incremental improvementWork closely with the property, commercial, commercial finance, member services, PT & proposition and Marketing teamsSome travel to London, and occasionally international will be requiredThe PersonExperience working with digital first, subscription brands, either agency or client sideExperience of a fast paced innovative environmentTechnical and analytical mindset along with excellent communication skillsStrong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data setsConfident in translating complex results and analysis into easily digestible reports for stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skillsTakes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are metAmbitious and looking for a career in a fast paced environmentAn expert in CRM and Engagement, with a drive to be the 'customers voice'You'll be an expert in utilizing first party dataYou are well organised with a keen eye for detailYou will have proven experience of driving incremental revenuePureGym is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
