**No experience or knowledge of the industry is necessary, but a keen interest in health and wellness is a MASSIVE plus.** Our team will provide full training to succeed in the role.

**Role Overview**
Internally known as the ‘Chiropractic Assistant', this role plays a key part in serving our clients as they go through their client journey. This position sits within our operations team who are vital to the smooth running of the centre and leads the way when it comes to CARE in Health-CARE.
This face-to-face customer service role focuses on creating the best possible client experience and delight whilst keeping the centre highly organised and running smoothly. Ensuring that you are going above and beyond for our clients to make sure they are well looked after and made to feel loved whenever they enter your world is the capstone of the role.
In this role you are mission-critical to enable smooth internal operations, efficiently providing our service whilst expanding service capacity, and providing an important link between our chiropractors and clients.
You are the first point of contact for new enquiries and clients. Most importantly you will be taking phone calls and making timely prospecting outbound calls to follow up and nurture customers who have shown interest or inquired about our service to identify good-fit clients for our business, converting new enquiries into paying clients who truly need and want our service to solve their problems and challenges.
You will also be responsible for managing a busy front desk and client experience. Which includes organising care plans, booking and taking payments, dealing with queries, maintaining client records, overseeing the organisation of the centre and developing great relationships to continue to grow the business
Finally, you are responsible for retaining our clients and keeping them on their schedule of care as per the chiropractor's recommendations. You will do this by creating the type
