**Role Overview**:
Internally known as the ‘Chiropractic Assistant’, this role plays a key part in serving our clients as they go through their client journey. This position sits within our operations team who are vital to the smooth running of the centre and lead the way when it comes to the CARE in Health-CARE.
This face-to-face customer service role focuses on creating the best possible client experience and delight whilst keeping the centre highly organised and running smoothly. Ensuring that you are going above and beyond for our clients to make sure they are well looked after and made to feel special whenever they enter your world is the capstone of the role.
In this role you are mission-critical to enable smooth internal operations, efficiently providing our service whilst expanding service capacity, providing an important link between our chiropractors and clients.
You are often the first point of contact for new enquiries and clients. You will be responsible for managing a busy front desk and reception experience. Which includes organising care plans, booking and taking payments, dealing with queries, maintaining client records, overseeing the organisation of the centre developing great relationships to continue to grow the business.
You will be taking phone calls and making timely prospecting calls to follow up and nurture customers who have shown interest or inquired about our service to identify good-fit clients for our business, converting new enquiries into paying clients who truly need and want our service to solve their problems and challenges.
Most importantly, you are responsible for retaining our clients, keeping them happy and continuing on their care schedule. You do this by creating the type of customer service experience that creates raving fans, where clients are happy to pay and just as happy to tell others about it.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Retaining our clients by providing world class customer service, surprise & delight and making the centre a warm and welcome enviroment.
- Improving service criteria, the best possible client journey and measurable standards for your role
- Sales prospecting; making a high volume of outgoing calls to hot leads that have enquired about us to allow us to identify good-fit clients for our business with timely follow up. Nurturing these enquiries who truly need and want our service to solve their challenges and pains.
- Taking inbound calls, identifying good-fit clients for our business and booking, scheduling, allocating and taking payments from all new clients for their 1st and 2nd appointments.
- Booking, scheduling, allocating and taking payments for active clients for their recommended care schedules.
- Recalling no shows, did not attend, or cancelled appointments to reschedule clients to get them back on their recommended schedule
- Reactivating calls for inactive clients with no future appointments and rebooking them.
