**What You'll Do**:

- Perform consecutitive 30 minute to 60 minute quality massage therapy sessions
- Deliver high-quality care, connection, and a consistent experience to every client who walks through our doors to grow relationships and memberships.
- Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver best-in-class soft tissue therapy and create action plans to help clients do what they love longer.
- Seek your client's symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients.
- Accurately document your client's conditions and progress by completing charting expectations.
- Utilize available technology and software to enhance your client's engagement.
- Adhere to clinic business processes and workflows.
- Promote our chiropractors and cross refer to eachover.
- Build your local relationships and partnership referral sources and delight clients to encourage referrals to support the development of your caseload.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided from within the organization as well as external resources.
- Partner with your Clinic Team Manager and CEO on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow.
- Regulary Reconnect with clients who have dropped off care to see if we can do anything for them and keep us top of mind.
- Contribute to your team by collaborating on written, audio and video content for the website and across our social channels.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 4 + or equivalent certifications (International qualifications welcome)
- Knowledge of Swedish, or Deep Tissue, or Sports Massag
