**What does a typical day look like and what will I be working on?**
In this role you are mission-critical to enable smooth internal operations, efficiently providing the delivery of our core service whilst expanding service capacity working within an integrated team. Your days combine new client attraction, conversion, delight and retention through delivering results and connection with your clients. You'll attend regular training and have regular 1 on 1s with your team lead.
You will closely with the chiropractic assistants to ensure our clients have the best experience whilst delivering the highest possible level of communication skills and chiropractic care. A typical day for you is getting up early or coming in the afternoon to arrive a the office to open up and make sure you and the chiropractic assistants are prepared and present for clients coming in.
You'll consult with, asses and take digital x-rays (where clinically required) of new clients and ensure that our proven chiropractic procedures are followed and maintained. You'll attract new clients by mastering daily interactions and inspiring your clients to refer others. As well as attending both internal and external events to build relationships, book new clients and build your practice. You'll work with the team to write educational blogs and helpful educational video content for the website and also post on our social media to build the company profile.
You'll be analyzing findings, and creating personalised recommendations and care plans. You'll be reporting to your clients their findings and building perceived value by understanding what our clients value, how to communicate it to them effectively that positions chiropractic in your client's minds as a way to enable them to do the things they need to do, want to do, love to do or see as their role or identity to do BETTER.
You'll be working with your team to hand over and book your client's schedules and for the chiropractic assistants to take payment. You'll be checking and adjusting your client's delivering results. You'll retain your clients through mastering daily interactions, ongoing communication, connection and delight throughout the client's care journey, ensuring regular progress checks and reassessments are done and ensuring all your clients complete their initial and any ongoing care recommendations.
You'll as recall your clients who have missed appointments or who have not shown up to keep them on their recommended care schedule. As well as reaching out to past clients to continue to keep us on top of mind and reconnect. Making our centres a place they not only go to get well but a place to stay well.
**What will I need to do to succeed in this role?**

- Manage the best possible client journey and grow lifetime value.
- Scheduling new client appointments and bookings from free discovery sessions
- Meeting people where they are at and elevating them to where they could be by communicating the perceived value of our service to the client's values to enable them to do the things they need, want and love to do better with the fee/price that the client will pay to access our service.
- Ensure that clients agree to a plan of care that you suggest that will give them the best opportunity to achieve their health goals. (in the time frame you set).
- Keeping up to date with current promotions and encouraging clients to refer others
- Ensuring that all chiropractic procedures are followed, maintained and improved Following our proven processes using a checklist first approach
- Accountable for maintaining and exceeding clinical and non-clinical measurable standards
- Ensure clients complete initial and any ongoing care recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate and professional governance e.g e.g. data protection, general chiropractic council & legislative guidelines.
- Involvement with internal and external marketing campaigns to existing and new clients assisting with making personal appearances outside clinical working hours to events.
- Attending regular meetings, training, seminars, and events and always covering teammates when required.
**What will I bring to the team? the following competencies, skills and experience**
You'll need to have completed a **4-5 year degree Chiropractic Degree **from a recognised college/university **recognised by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).**
