**Administrator**:
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our professional lettings team in Cambridge on a 12-18 month contract to cover maternity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain office experience and kick start their career within administration or the property industry. The role holder will conduct efficient administrative support to the lettings division, including, maintenance of file systems, allocating keys to visitors and contractors, ensuring the compliance of files and other administrative duties as required. Previous experience within customer service will be advantageous, however no previous administration experience required.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Greet incoming guests ensuring all visitors to Carter Jonas have a pleasant experience and provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Handling Telephone enquiries and booking in appointments
- Provide general administration support to the office.
- Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases and reports
- Ensure window displays remain up to date
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Money Laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes)
- Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
- Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all times
- Provide office support in handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Verifying and Processing invoices
- Liaise with contractors and tenants to book in statutory checks
- Compose renewal agreements and support tenants in the signing process

- Must be flexible and adaptable when procedures change or urgent situations arise.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to keep calm under pressure
- Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but would be advantageous
