**We have an exciting role available for a Contracts Administrator to join our Commercial team based in our head office.**

**The Role**

We are looking a for a Planning Manager to join our central business to provide analytical support to the progression and resolution of delay claims in addition to supporting the strategic direction of projects / programmes.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Compile Tender Documents and ITT’s for key Subcontractor Packages;
- Administration of change control procedures on live Projects;
- Requesting instructions from the Client under the Contract mechanisms;
- Ensuring that variation responses are dealt with in the timescales set out in the Contract;
- Collation of key information required by third parties, such as part of a dispute avoidance / resolution process;
- Managing the process of negotiating new Contracts with the support of the Sector Commercial Director, including liaison with external legal advisors;
- Ensuring that critical project documents are stored correctly within the Business’ document managements system.
- Must have a degree level qualification.

This role has ongoing progression and training opportunities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
