**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Inputting data into business systems including Zero. (Training provided)
- Managing invoicing strategy in collaboration with accounts team
- Raising remittance advices and allocation of payments.
- Assisting with day to day running of the accounts and support members of the senior management team with wide range of administrative duties
- Ability to build a good business relationship with customers, assisting with their daily queries in a timely and efficient manner.
**Essentials**
- Previous experience in an admin assistant role, with good keyboard skills.
- Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills both written and oral are essential.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
**Location**:Glasgow Westend
**Contract Terms**:part time 16 Hours per week, permanent.
**Pay & benefits**:£10:00 per hour - 28 days pro rata holiday entitlement including bank holidays.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Glasgow, G14 0TT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
