We are recruiting on behalf of a professional accountancy firm in Glasgow for an experienced practice bookkeeper. The firm offers a wide range of accountancy services to their clients from audit to payroll services. If you are a motivated individual ready to make a move in your career, then this is an opportunity for you.
- **The Role**:_
- Receive, file, and store accounting records for a variety of clients.
- To use cloud-based accountancy systems such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Collaborating with other departments to prepare yearly accounts and other administrative duties.
- Completing VAT returns.
- 2 years+ practice accountancy experience
- Proven track record of handling a large portfolio of clients.
- Strong skills and core understanding of cloud-based accountancy systems.
- Bookkeeping qualification (preferred)
