Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

This is a
part-time, office-based
position, ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a thriving business while enjoying a flexible work-life balance. You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support and acting as a trusted point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
: Accurately process invoices and credit notes, maintaining up-to-date financial records. - Payroll Support
: Collate payroll data for submission to our external accountant. - Supplier Management
: Communicate with suppliers to resolve pricing discrepancies, request refunds, and follow up on delivery issues. - Administrative Oversight
: Manage contracts, new starts and policies. - Office Management
: Handle general administrative duties, including managing shared inboxes and assisting with ad hoc tasks. - Team Support
: Provide ongoing operational support to the wider team and serve as a senior support figure during management absences.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or office admin role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Familiarity with Xero would be beneficial but not required.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
