**Job description**About the person**:
- Academic or vocational qualifications (e.g. HND/HNC, NVQ 4, Foundation Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field) OR substantial relevant experience.
- Significant recent relevant experience within an IT Service Desk/IT support environment to include:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff with extensive line management experience of leading and managing a team of professionals including setting objectives and monitoring progress to deliver results.**What we offer**:
