As the **Head of Sales - Warehouse Lending**, you'll have a unique opportunity to lead the growth of our company's warehouse financing portfolio by developing and implementing sales strategies to sustainably grow the portfolio with investments and facilities, each ranging from EUR 5M to EUR 30M.

As a crucial member of our team, you’ll identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and secure new business with financial institutions and other lenders in the consumer and SME segments. Collaboration with credit, finance, risk, and legal teams will ensure that investments in our portfolio are appropriately underwritten and serviced.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company's warehouse lending portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Building a customer pipeline and meeting of customers on-site and virtually in Europe.
- Leading the negotiation process end to end and making sure that the deals are closed.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to understand their needs and present appropriate funding solutions through the best-suited financial instrument.
- Work collaboratively with different departments in Multitude to ensure that financing is underwritten and serviced appropriately.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to increase sales.
- Work with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns that target potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on market trends and identify potential clients.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in international financing sales, preferably institutional sales or in other B2B sales in the finance industry.
- Strong understanding of Consumer & SME lending markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of lending and credit underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Ability to travel as required.
