The successful applicant will be developing and delivering upon fantastic customer relationships within their account portfolio. Developing strategic account plans to deliver revenue budget and growth.

The role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Regional Account Managers and Supply Chain (among other key functions); to ensure smooth running of the account(s) and identify opportunities for growth and/or improved efficiency.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**

First and foremost, attitude counts for a lot here at Saint-Gobain Although we do require someone with exposure to working in a similar Account Management role within similar industry who has experience of managing retail accounts.

The accounts that you will be looking after are predominately based in the North West of the country but we do have accounts in the South West too so flexibility is key in this role.
- Understanding how the customer operates and developing a strong network with key stakeholders.
- Management of Trading Agreements, rebate structures and aged debt sitting on the accounts
- Manage delivery performance through available levers
- Understanding the market landscape and recognizing trends and potential risks.
- Gaining a clear understanding of Artex's strategy and the business needs.
- Creating and nurturing a Customer Account Plan including opportunities for growth and improved operational efficiency.
- Annual negotiation of trading terms & price increase
- Forecasting and demand planning
- Customer data reporting using both internal and customer information
- Completion of required Artex and customer administration
- Delivery of agreed sales budget and business objectives
- Build promotional plans to generate profitable growth
- Development of broader cross functional & customer relationships at multiple levels
- Working collaboratively with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Attending internal and customer meetings as required
