The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair works across the Region, ensuring all activities, whether routine or reactive, meet the required technical, quality and safetystandards.
- You will be required to drive as part of your role and you will need to have a full clean driving license to be considered for this position and during employment_

What You’ll Be Leading On:

- To proactively track and monitor service delivery performance on the assigned Route(s) or contract scope (e.g. DBFO, RTMC), identify performance trends, risks and issues, including the analysis of root causes for performance issues and develop remedialaction plans.
- To maintain the cyclical maintenance work plans for the designated Route(s) and manage the delivery of planned works and associated costs.
- To manage any changes and the impact of significant unplanned and emergency works on plans.
- To analyse trends related to unplanned works on the assigned Route(s), and flag areas of concern and ideas for future improvements to the relevant Service Manager and Route Manager(s).
- To input into the development of long term maintenance and inspection plans.
- To support local customer engagement and communication activities, working closely with Route Managers and Service Delivery colleagues to identify and address service delivery requests and/or concerns.
- To ensure the health and safety needs and wellbeing of employees and contractors are fully considered and accounted for throughout the delivery of maintenance and repair works. 8. Escalates significant supplier performance issues.
- Provide assurance and challenge to routine and emergency maintenance works’ quality and timeliness.
- Recommend improvements in service delivery for assigned Route(s).

- Strong understanding of relevant technical asset policies and strategies
- Good understanding of relevant supply chain contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning and project delivery skills
