Fawkes & Reece are working alongside a 5* National House builder with requirements for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in Nottinghamshire.

**The Client**

An Award winning volume house builder with a nationally developing portfolio. Providing high quality sustainable communities is at the core of their mission and supports their customer service driven ethos.

The site comprises of 200 mixed tenure units, including 2,3,4, and 5 bedroom homes.

**The individual**

In order to be successful in this role you must have previous experience with a volume house builder in the role of Assistant Site Manager, in addition to experience of regular NHBC inspections.

My client is seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Site Manager. You will be supporting and reporting directly to the Site Manager in a fast paced and quality driven environment, upholding the company standards.

You need to be an Assistant Site Manager ready to take on a new challenge. You will be the driving force behind a proactive and efficient team, handing over high quality homes and providing 5* customer service.

**Duties**
- Assist with the management of day-to-day site construction and operations
- Building and maintaining relationships to assist with the Co-ordination of contractor and sub - contractor teams
- Implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of works carried out, identifying any snags, exercising appropriate action and complete in a timely manner
- Management of material stock and availability
- Conduct Toolbox talks and Site Inductions
- Raise issues which may impact the program, budget and or development in a timely manner

**Skills and experience**

Proven track record of Assistant Site Management, with a high-volume house builder

Excellent communication and motivation

IT competent

SMSTS

First Aid
