Administration Assistant

This varied role will involve supporting the Practice Manager across a variety of Practice functions, providing administrative assistance to our team of 26 accountants and trainees in areas such as office administration, some telephone/reception duties andteam support.
We are looking for someone who is organised and pro-active, who is a good communicator and understands the principles of working in a team, but who can also use their own initiative and work independently. Ideally you will have a background in administrationand have good computer skills including Excel, although you are not required to have had prior experience of working in an accountancy practice to apply, as full training will be provided in house.
Training will be undertaken at our offices in Shoreham, and subsequently work is likely to be mainly office based, but some homeworking may be possible in certain circumstances. You would be working with a loyal, professional, fun and committed team whoare all great believers in work-life balance.
