It’s where the Digi Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit; collaborating very closely with Customer Operations in the UK. Reporting to Rank’s Director of Compliance, be responsible for the management of compliance within Rank’s Interactive business, ensuring that the company’s remote operating licences are protected and operate within all relevant gambling legislation and licenceconditions. To lead the Rank Interactive compliance team and provide support to the Rank Interactive business as required.

Supporting the Director of Compliance, work with senior management in the Rank Interactive business to ensure that they uphold the three licensing objectives of the Gambling Act and that they develop controls and procedures to effectively:

- Keep gambling crime-free
- Ensure the provision of fair, open and honest gambling products and services
- Protect the young and the vulnerable

Advise the senior management of Rank Interactive in relation to compliance/regulatory issues within Rank’s online businesses and respond to all queries or questions on a day to day basis to assist the business in managing its regulatory risks and operatingin a compliant manner.

Work closely with first-line teams across the Rank Interactive business including, but not limited to, SG/Customer Services, VIP, EDD, product and marketing teams, to ensure that they understand and manage regulatory risk in their areas.

Work with the Director of Compliance to ensure that all relevant periodic compliance reports are submitted to the executive team, main Rank Board, subsidiary boards and relevant committees in a timely fashion to update them on compliance and safer gamblingissues and risks.

Ensure all scheduled, regular and ad-hoc external reporting is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

Ensure the maintenance of relevant policies and risk assessments and support the business in the development and regular review of their procedure and controls, including new procedures or controls that need to be developed in response to regulatory change.

Develop, maintain and oversee a robust compliance monitoring and testing programme that provides assurance to the business, wider Rank management and regulators.

Develop, maintain and support the delivery of a package of compliance training for the Rank Interactive business.

Work closely with the wider compliance and legal department, notably the Head of Retail Compliance and the Nominated Officer, to ensure proper cross-channel coverage and management of compliance risk.

Represent the interests of Rank Interactive on relevant trade body forums and support in relation to any cross-industry initiatives.

Liaise with the UKGC, AGCC and any other regulatory body on all relevant regulatory matters and maintain a good working relationship on behalf of Rank Group.

Assist the Director of Compliance and General Counsel/Company Secretary in any projects or issues that may be required from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Will hold, or will obtain, a Personal Management Licence, and will maintain this and adhere to the responsibilities attached, throughout the course of their employment.
- Will have, or will obtain, any other personal licence required by a relevant regulator
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the online gambling industry, and all relevant gambling-related legislation applicable to Rank’s businesses, gained over at least 3 years in similar roles
- Strong awareness and understanding of risks to the licensing objectives and an appreciation of the importance of ensuring safer gambling and protection of players
- Excellent oral, written, presentational and communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leaders internally and externally, including regulators
- Ability to assess risk and find solutions to mitigate it
- Problem-solving skills to support the creation of new processes and procedures, including when the business is planning new products or services or seeking to amend or adapt existing operational and regulatory controls
- Leadership skills to manage a small coherent team as part of a wider department and to influence, encourage
