**In this role you will**:

- Shared responsibility for National Used Car Stock.
- Ensuring the timely management of vehicles post purchase to deliver required levels of enquiry and sales volume.
- See vehicles through payment processing, delivery & preparation through to launching vehicles on sale. Priorities will be ensuring admin/accounts receive timely invoicing and payment details to avoid lengthy delays in arrival of vehicles at the Prep Centre.
- Agreeing preparation costs with the Prep Centre Manager.
- Requesting ICT and onward movement to the receiving dealership upon successful reservation of a vehicle.
- Communication will be a priority making sure all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the reservation/movement process.
- The individual will be the main point of contact between Admin/Accounts, Prep Centre, Customer Hub and Used Stock Management Team, they may also be called upon to provide support with vehicle enquiries by way of personal video walk around calls with customers as part of the purchase journey.
