We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wednesfield. In this vital role, you’ll support our engineers by managing stock, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of essential equipment and materials. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of inspection equipment and materials Place and track orders with suppliers ensure timely delivery Liaise with engineers to understand and fulfil their equipment needs Keep records of stock levels, orders, and supplier communications Support related administrative tasks Qualifications Experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits 12% defined non‑contributory pension scheme, annual company bonus, private medical insurance and the option to buy up to an additional 20 days or sell some of your holiday.
