Norco Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and work as Service Administrator within our business on a full time, permanent basis at our head office based in Aberdeen, UK. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

As the Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our Service Desk and provide support to the Service Desk Team. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our customers receive a professional and efficient service experience. This is a hands-on administrative role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills make a real difference every day.

Roles & Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Perform day-to-day service administration tasks, ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist in resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and issue job reports, service documentation, and invoicing.
- Coordinate the scheduling and communication of service jobs, including arranging accommodation and travel for Service Engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation.
- Support the ordering of equipment and parts, track delivery timelines, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with monitoring and chasing customer Purchase Orders.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the service administration function.
- Provide cover for colleagues during periods of holiday or sickness absence to maintain service continuity.
- Undertake any additional administrative responsibilities as required by Norco Group Ltd.

**Skills & Experience**

**Essential**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a service environment.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier coordination.

**QHSE Responsibilities**
- To comply with Norco Group and Client, Quality, Safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses and hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is completed.
