**The Role**

**Whistleblowing Service Administrator - Part Time Monday to Friday 10.30am - 2.30pm (Aberdeen)**

Due to the continuing success and growth of our business, and future expansion plans, we have a requirement for a Whistleblowing Service Administrator to join our Whistleblowing Service team.

The team’s role is to provide a global external and independent whistleblowing service to our clients and their associates. In this role you will play a key part in providing administrative support to our whistleblowing service team including respondingto our client’s employees and our clients associates regarding whistleblowing concerns and ensuring that such reports are effectively recorded, managed and monitored in a confidential and secure manner.

If you have excellent interviewing and administrative skills, ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, this role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to utilise you, administration, communication and information gathering skills.

Purpose of the role/key responsibilities:

- Dealing with day-to-day client administration enquiries and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and their senior whistleblowing points of contact, including the arrangement of Client focused meetings for managers
- Assisting clients with their telecommunication service requirements and ensuring that telecommunication records are recorded and maintained accurately
- Conducting telephone interviews and recording whistleblowing reports from our clients staff and their associates via various reporting channels
- Maintaining contact and providing feedback to whistleblowers and our clients
- Managing cases in a confidential and non-judgemental manner
- Undertaking various client related project and implementation tasks
- Assisting in the preparation and gathering of information and evidence
- Assisting management with Business Development opportunities
- Preparing accurate statistical reports where required
- Managing and effectively prioritising a varied workload, with sometimes competing and short-term demands
