Sales Development Executive

A growing business that supplies some of the best-known brands in the recruitment software space is looking for a Sales Development Executive to generate fresh qualified leads for the sales team using various platforms to reach out to new people online,build relationships, spark conversations and book meetings for experienced sales professionals to deliver an online demonstration.
Their products are used by thousands of recruiters worldwide and your primary role will be to turn inbound leads into customers. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including 22 days holiday per year increasedby 1 day for each year of service, BUPA private medical cover, a pension scheme, subsidized gym membership, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme, an Employee Assistance Program, group live insurance, and an electric car scheme.
**What you’ll do as Sales Development Executive**:
**We are looking for a Sales Development Executive who has the following skills and experience**:
- Demonstrable SDR experience and success
- Comfortable working in a small team (or even from home if hybrid working)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to engage and start relationships with people of all levels and personalities
- Strong computer literacy, and the ability to articulate product features and benefits to customers
- Some experience of the recruitment industry may be helpful, but not a requirement
- This is a B2B sales enablement role, as such you’ll need to be professional and articulate at all times
