We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Retail or Hospitality Recruiters who are looking for an opportunity to join a global advertising agency and support recruitment for their very impressive client portfolio.
Working with some of the world's most well known consumer brands, this incredible organisation are looking for an experienced recruiter who loves working in a fast paced environment.
This position will immediately focus on recruiting for a wide range of Retail and Brand Ambassador role across the UK and Europe.
The opportunity:
Typical duties will include, yet will not be limited to the following:

- You will be integral in hiring the best talent on the market and playing a key part in the company growth plans.
- With support from the wider team you will be a vital part of planning the strategy and recruitment processes to drive the success of this part of the business.
- You will work collaboratively with teams and colleagues across the various offices.
- Support with proposing alternative approaches for difficult vacancies, and gain agreement to additional cost.
- Support with the set up and running of interviews (and on occasions assessment centres)
Experience required:

- Fluency in English and either French, Spanish or German
- Solid experience recruiting a variety of roles in a fast paced environment (ideally within Retail or Hospitality)
- Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport. Professional but approachable
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player
Location of the role:
London
- Hybrid model of 2-3 days per week in the office.
