Key Responsibilities
We need the very best people and we need you to help us find them.
- Play a key role in the recruitment process for UK based roles.
- Ideally recruited across Marketing, Sales and Account Managers.
- You will be motivated to find people as much as possible without using recruitment agencies.
- Ideally have in-house experience and be engaging, capable of negotiating and offering fair compensation packages.
- This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA and APAC and will work within a broader global People team.
Recruiting extraordinary talent and building relationships across the business to understand the hiring needs, find and fill the required roles are the key elements of this role.
What they are looking for:

- In-house recruitment experience or working in recruitment hiring marketing or advertising roles, adept and comfortable working under pressure to work on multiple vacancies and understand the commercial priorities behind each role
- Must be a collaborative, inclusive team player
- Ideally have worked with Workday as a recruitment ATS
