**Main Purpose of Role**
Here at Wilmington our Talent Acquisition Specialists provide highly professional, commercial, and value-added recruitment and selection support across a varied business portfolio.

We use our skills, knowledge, and experience to attract a diverse pool of talent for our business and our creativity to support the building of an effective employer brand and value proposition.

Our role is to deliver a flawless recruitment service to our business, ensuring our market knowledge is up to date to enable us to provide advice and guidance throughout.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting via social media platforms and professional networking websites.
- Manage agency relationships and negotiate rates with external service providers to support the acquisition of talent in hard to fill roles.
- Manage assessment centres as well as sitting on interviews when required.
- Drive and promote Wilmington’s employer brand and employer value proposition, positioning us as an employer of choice.
- Explore the new recruitment channels and make recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the job market and prepare analysis and summaries of the main job market movements and trends.
- Reach the defined targets for hiring (time, costs, quality).
- Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate and liaise closely with each of the respective People Partners and the Chief People Officer as internal talent is promoted, backfilled, replaced.
- Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, communicate early warnings, and provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process in general as well as against budget, time, and quality targets.
- Support and/lead recruitment related projects.
- Support and/lead hiring manager, hiring excellence training.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience of working in a recruitment function involving managing a portfolio of multiple stakeholders or similar.
- Competent in writing SEO job advertisements and working with an ATS (ICIMS preferred but not essential).
- Up to date recruitment market knowledge.
- Commercially astute.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (with both internal and external stakeholders).
- Highly organised.
- Experience in managing recruitment related social media posting and interaction.
