Job Description
We're looking for an experienced **Recruiter** to join Procore's EMEA Recruitment team. In this role, you'll oversee the rapid scaling of our EMEA business, focusing on creating our Ireland EMEA hub. This is a critical role for the success of one of our fastest-growing regions.

As our **EMEA Recruiter**, you'll partner with the Director of International Recruitment to build a pan European recruitment strategy for our Sales Development, Customer Support and Customer Success roles. This is a great role for someone developing their recruitment career looking mix strategy with fast-paced recruitment, all in an established (but rapidly growing) public technology company. This position reports into the Director of International Recruitment and will ideally be near our London or Dublin offices (although we are open to remote). We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
**What you'll do**:

- Lead the hiring of our SDR and Customer Success roles in London and Ireland
- Be a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, partnering with the broader talent team to develop go-to-market strategies for new talent
- Set a high bar for talent, sourcing and identifying new ways to build the Procore brand in key markets
- Master our Talent systems such as Smart Recruiters, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Be an advocate for diversity and inclusion, ensuring that it is central to all of our recruitment activity

**What we're looking for**:

- Consistent track record of success in hiring at pace in a technology business
- Experience working in a sales/software environment is ideal
- A builder with experience of building a new team/hiring in an unstructured environment- An empathetic and thoughtful talent partner
- Proactive and a genuine desire to learn and grow
