A proven track record of setting clear goals and executing a comprehensive EMEA Cloud Recruiting strategy, transforming goals into tangible business impact within dynamic, high‑growth environments (managing teams of 50+). Ability to leverage data, AI, and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, driving informed decision‑making. Ability to be a dynamic people‑leader experienced in nurturing team growth and providing operational support. As the Recruiting Manager, Cloud EMEA, you will shape the overall strategy to hire exceptional talent across all business units within Google Cloud EMEA. You will be accountable and responsible for Regional Cloud hiring delivery, leading a team consisting of Recruiting Leads, People Managers and IC Recruiters. You will ensure that Cloud is able to identify, engage, and hire talent, meeting planned and evolving demand across all EMEA markets. As trusted advisors to EMEA Cloud leadership and its hiring managers, you will provide guidance on the external talent market and its comparison to the talented Google Cloud employees within the organization. You will develop strong relationships across the organisation, working collaboratively with key business and functional leaders, clients and peers to drive results for your team and Google Cloud. Responsibilities Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goals for the EMEA Cloud Recruiting team, transforming that goal into a tangible reality. Foster a dynamic people‑leadership role, nurturing the team's growth, and extending operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team. Leverage data and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, driving informed decision‑making. Collaborate closely with Google's executive leaders in various business units and across People Experience (PX) to comprehend and fulfil their talent requirements. Implement appropriate client management and communication strategies, promoting accountability, operational excellence, and managing through effective leadership.
