You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding Starbucks’ growth across the region, leading the development of market strategies and planning tools that enable customer‑first decisions, working closely with cross‑functional teams and licensed partners to deliver tailored growth plans. Your expertise will influence investment decisions through compelling, data‑led storytelling and advanced financial modeling. What You’ll Do Shape market strategy across EMEA, integrating customer insights, commercial potential, and operational realities. Lead portfolio reviews and strategic analyses, applying location economics and financial modeling to guide investment decisions. Partner with licensees to influence local plans and build scalable planning tools that flex to diverse market needs. Enhance planning systems, including spatial analytics and location strategy models, ensuring scalability and cross‑market impact. Drive innovation in data strategy, forecasting, and decision‑support tools to deepen customer and business understanding. Advise senior leaders with clear, data‑led insights and foster a culture of curiosity, care, and accountability within your team. What You’ll Bring Solid experience in market planning, strategy, or analytics (retail or franchise preferred). Strong commercial and financial acumen, ideally with real estate exposure. Proficiency in GIS, forecasting, and data visualisation tools. A collaborative mindset and proven experience leading high‑performing teams.
