As the Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing for EMEA, you’ll lead the always‑on prospecting and revenue generation engine that drives measurable pipeline growth across all segments. You’ll partner with sales leadership to accelerate deals, optimize conversion, and scale impact across markets. This role is pivotal in shaping the region’s marketing strategy while developing a high‑performing team that drives sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of revenue marketers across EMEA regions to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy across markets, balancing regional and segment needs. Partner closely with EMEA Sales Leadership to align on targets, SLAs, and campaign priorities. Own and optimize the revenue marketing operating model, including planning, budgeting, and communication flows. Design and implement account‑based and vertical marketing programs tailored for up‑market segments. Lead competitor and win‑back campaigns to capture market share and accelerate growth. Build sales enablement programs and tools (e.g., playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks) that drive adoption and results. Use data and analytics to measure program performance, optimize ROI, and report on KPIs. Partner cross‑functionally with Global Marketing, Field, and Integrated Marketing to ensure cohesive execution and alignment. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing across EMEA teams. Quarterly travel within EMEA is required. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications Extensive experience leading and scaling revenue marketing or demand generation organizations in B2B SaaS, ideally across multi‑regional markets. Minimum of 4 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing high‑performing marketing teams. Familiarity with EMEA market nuances and localized campaign delivery. Strong partnership skills with senior sales leaders, including experience defining SLAs and alignment frameworks. Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems, and analytics tools. Deep knowledge of AI‑powered marketing technologies and modern martech stacks (e.g., intent data platforms, automation tools). Track record of building enablement programs that drive campaign adoption and measurable sales impact. Strategic budget management experience with the ability to allocate resources effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience in account‑based marketing and up‑market segmentation. Understanding of performance marketing and digital demand‑generation techniques. Advanced data literacy. Curiosity for innovation, AI integration, and next‑generation marketing practices. Where You’ll Work Location: Ireland or UK Work Type: Remote Travel: Quarterly travel within EMEA is required.
